When I first heard about the FAB5 initiative, I was intrigued but didn't expect much. How wrong I was! Creating our FAB5 group has transformed our lives. We've supported each other not just emotionally but also in taking control of our health. Last year, all five of us went for our mammograms together. It was empowering. Knowing that these 4 incredible women are just as committed to my health as I am to theirs has deepened our bonds beyond words. Thanks to HUGS Around America and their FAB5 initiative, we are more than friends, we're each other's lifeline.
